Howard is a key asset to the success of A.W.G. Farms Inc. He started working as a part time employee in 1989, and by 1991 decided to work for A.W.G. full time. His background as a general machinery mechanic, a foreman in a small manufacturing company, and willingness to work long hours, has brought a new dimension to our farm. Howard’s “take ownership” attitude is greatly appreciated, and his most difficult problem with employment at A.W.G. Farms Inc., is taking direction from 3 brothers that sometimes always don’t agree. But his good nature, and willingness to be flexible, makes him a very enjoyable person to be around.
Eldo Jobe
Eldo, a brother to Maxine Wagner, is an all-around utility man at A.W.G. Farms Inc. Although doctors urge him to “slow down” a bit, this guy is a hard worker that will never let you down in time of need.
